Jennifer is a professional ghostwriter, editor, and educator who excels in adapting to the unique needs of her clients. With more than 20 years of classroom experience and expertise in curriculum design, she combines an understanding of teaching and learning with advanced writing and marketing skills to produce polished manuscripts, blogs, press releases, and online content. She is adept at transforming ideas into high-quality finished products that align with professional goals and strengthen the impact of every project.
As a freelance writer for Lean On Me Live, LLC, Jennifer provides ghostwriting and editorial support for motivational speakers and authors. She serves as Project Editor for Just Do This… The Educator’s Guide to Improve Culture and Climate in the Classroom, School, and District by Steve Bollar and ElevatED Educator by Megan Diede and Kara Rigsby. Her work includes press releases, website copy, and blog content that use SEO strategies to strengthen client visibility and brand recognition.
In collaboration with Within Our Ranks, Jennifer revises, edits, and enhances professional development courses designed for aspiring public speakers, trainers, and consultants. She designs online courses through WIX, creates digital documents, adds training videos, and develops marketing content to support program success.
Her career as a highly effective middle school teacher includes curriculum writing and leadership roles on school improvement and resiliency teams, professional conference presentations, grant writing, and program development. Jennifer co-founded Amazinators, LLC, a STEAM enrichment company that earned recognition for excellence in program delivery and outreach.
Jennifer’s contributions to education and leadership brought her multiple awards. She received Atlantic City Weekly’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2018 and Belhaven Middle School Teacher of the Year in 2017. Additional honors include Jostens Renaissance National Staffulty of the Month (2017), Lite Rock 96.9 WFPG Teacher of the Year (2010), and multiple Staffulty of the Month awards throughout her career.
Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Language Arts and Literacy from Stockton University and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Music from The College of New Jersey. She completed over 30 postgraduate credits through the American College of Education with certificates in Artificial Intelligence, Technology Integration, and Google Tools for the Classroom.
